Initial Meeting:

For new clients, we sit down for a brief meeting to get to know you better

Free Tax Discovery Session

We start the tax planning process by having a tax discovery session to review your tax situation

Introduction

Here, we get to know you and your business better. We also build a relationship through an in-depth meeting with you. This meeting will help us better understand specific situations in your current tax affairs.

Planning:

We research and determine what tax strategies, loopholes, and benefits will work in your favor.  This process lasts an average of 2 weeks to a month, depending on how complete your tax affair may be.

Presentation

Next is presenting your tax plan to you.  We sit with you for 30 – 120 minutes to debrief your tax plan. We present our discoveries, estimate how much it should save you, then discuss the next steps.

Follow-Up

The Follow up is similar to a Q&A session.  Clients can make a follow-up appointment within the first 30 days of the presentation to ask questions for clarity and inquiry purposes. This session is set to last 30 minutes.
